Friends of Red House Visit to Waltham Abbey and the Hunting Lodge, Epping Forest - September 2014

Fourteen members went by coach to Waltham Abbey to see the historic church with stained glass by Burne Jones and other Pre-Raphaelite craftsmen. There was also the supposed grave of Harold, killed at Hastings. Then on to Epping Forest to see the Elizabethan Hunting Lodge and new exhibition centre.
